Good afternoon Families,
I cannot believe we are already in the final week of February! We have a full and exciting week ahead. Students will be participating in TELPAS testing, we will host our Black History Luncheon, enjoy our Black History Program, and celebrate the 120th day of school with our first graders.
Although the 120th Day celebration highlights our first grade students, we would love to see schoolwide participation as we celebrate the number 120 together!
Please take a moment to review our parent newsletter on ClassDojo.
Thank you for your continued support of E. Ray Elementary! 💜💛

Good morning, E. Ray Families,
Please login to Class Dojo to see this week's newsletter. We still have our Kids Heart Challenge, and there is still time to donate for a chance to slime Coach Holcomb and me! 💜💛 We also have 5th Grade Parent Night on Thursday and Spring Picture Day on Friday—we are looking forward to a great week!
This is also a reminder that tutoring takes place every Monday and Tuesday for students who have returned a signed permission slip.
Thank you for your continued support, families!

🎉 Shoutout to our 3rd graders for 100% attendance on Tuesday! When students are healthy and well, being at school every day matters. Every day of learning counts! Thank you to our families for supporting strong attendance. Way to go, 3rd grade! 🌟📚

Today our Bulldogs wore red to show support for heart health and to remind us how important it is to take care of our hearts through healthy choices and movement.

Hello E. Ray Families!
I wanted to inform you that our 3rd–5th grade students will have Benchmark and Field Testing coming up soon. Please ensure that students arrive to school on time on testing days. Please note that lunch visitors will not be allowed on testing dates.
Additionally, we encourage 3rd–5th grade students not to bring backpacks, cell phones, or smartwatches on testing days. If a student brings a cell phone or smartwatch, please know it will be collected during testing and returned at the end of the day.
Thank you for your support!
