We are so excited to welcome our E. Ray students back tomorrow morning! 💜💛 Here is some helpful information to ensure a smooth start and end to our first day.
🌅 Morning Arrival
Please take a moment to review the flyer for our new start times. We will begin bright and early at 7:30 AM!
For the safety of all students, parents/guardians will not be permitted to walk students to their classrooms. We will have staff members throughout the building ready to greet students and help them get to their classrooms safely.
🚗 Afternoon Dismissal
We ask for your patience and cooperation tomorrow as we work through first-day dismissal.
You must have a car rider tag or walk-up card for your child to be released. If you do not have the appropriate tag or card, you will need to come to the front office before we can release your child.
If you are in the car rider line, please remain in your vehicle. Our staff will assist with getting your child to you.
These procedures are in place to help us ensure that every student is dismissed safely to the correct person.
Thank you for your patience, support, and partnership as we kick off a new school year. We cannot wait to see our Bulldogs tomorrow!

Last week our staff kicked off the opening of the school year with Convocation. Congratulations to Mrs. Noriega and Mr. Gerton for brining some great grant ideas to E. Ray that will benefit our students.

This is a reminder that Meet the Teacher is tomorrow evening from 6:00 PM–7:30 PM. We are excited to welcome our new students and see our returning Bulldogs!
If you have completed all required registration documents, your child will be assigned a classroom teacher. Some teachers have already been able to contact families through Skyward. Unfortunately, the Skyward issues have not been fully resolved, so some teachers have not yet been able to reach out. Please don't worry—we will have completed class rosters available tomorrow evening to help guide you to your child's classroom.
If you have not completed all required registration paperwork, your child will not be assigned a classroom at this time. You will be able to submit any missing required documentation during Meet the Teacher; however, this is not a registration event.
Student registration will take place on Friday from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
If you have any questions before tomorrow evening, please contact our front office.
