Assistant Principal - Chrislon Snell

I am thrilled to join E. Ray Elementary as your new Assistant Principal for the 2025–2026 school year! It is a true honor to become part of a campus and community that values excellence, growth, and strong relationships at every level.

I’ve had the privilege of serving as an Academic Dean of Instruction, Instructional Coach, and classroom teacher during my time as an educator. These experiences have shaped who I am as a leader and strengthened my belief in one simple but powerful truth: relationships are at the heart of everything we do in education.

I believe students learn best when they feel loved, supported, and safe. By building strong relationships and fostering a positive school culture, we create the foundation for academic achievement and lifelong success. I am committed to ensuring that every student feels valued, cared for, and empowered to thrive.

This will be my first year as an Everman Bulldog, and I am genuinely excited to build strong connections with each of you. My door is always open, and I look forward to an amazing school year.
