Ray Elementary, in partnership with parents and the community, will educate each student by providing a positive and challenging learning environment that puts them on a path to college and career readiness. We believe that every child possesses innate and unique gifts and that it is E. Ray Elementary’s responsibility and privilege to discover and nurture those gifts to benefit our students and society as a whole.
